Jackson Lucy

Jackson is a psychology graduate student in Seattle University's Existential Phenomenology program. Although the words seem daunting, they simply mean that Jackson takes the experience of his clients with total sincerity and seriousness. He believes that the child's world-view is equally as rich and worthy of exploration as any adult's. For him, the starting point of successful therapy is found in a strong client/therapist connection; creating safe spaces in which his clients can not only be completely themselves, but be proud of it as well. Whether this means playing games, having some laughs, or genuinely serious discussion, Jackson works with his clients to co-create catalysts of change and growth. More than anything, the validity of his client's experience and the way this helps them make meaning of the world is always paramount.

Abigail Morrow

Abby is currently in the Masters’ in Psychology program at Seattle University, completing her supervised clinical hours in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This program’s Existential-Phenomenological orientation informs her focus on co-creating a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine, safe, and empowering to the client. Abby enjoys working with children ages 6-13. Her previous experience as a paraeducator in the Seattle Public Schools informs a holistic understanding of the child’s well-being; in therapy, at home, at school, and in new or challenging environments. She values creating a compassionate and neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic practice that seeks to empower the client’s voice and create an understanding of the client’s worldview while incorporating fun and play. She will graduate and go on to pursue the first steps toward licensure in the summer of 2025.
